A joint publication issued in conjunction with the All-Electrical Exhibition in Melbourne in 1927, promoting the use of electricity in the home to save domestic labour, particularly by women. Electric lighting, dustless cleaning, fire without smoke, beauty products such as electric curling tongs, cooking in comfort, hot water without waiting, electric clothes washing and ironing, electric sewing machines, fans, and an electric lawn mower are some of the topics and electrical goods that are described and illustrated.
