Explains how to form a savings group to buy war savings certificates and why it is better to save by groups than as individuals.

Front panel depicts the map of Australia with the flag above it. "War saving stamps may be bought at any post office for 6 pence." -- bottom of page.
War savings certificates were sold during the Second World War by the Commonwealth Government to raise money for the war effort. The certificate could be redeemed on the date of expiry for the purchase amount plus interest.
